The structure is no longer usable and has become a hazard.  Disposal of School Board owned property requires approval of the School Board by Resolution as defined in F. S. 1013.28.   It is recommended that this structure be demolished to eliminate any potential liability with the structure and clear the property for future use.  The building does not meet current requirements for a classroom and was taken out of service, and since has been used as a storage building.  The Maintenance Department has determined it is not cost effective to renovate the building.

Approve the Resolution to dispose of a relocatable building at Middleburg Transportation.

The cost to raze the building and remove the debris is estimated not to exceed $3,500.00.
